About OffKratom
OffKratom helps you compare kratom and 7-OH treatment providers by location, care setting, costs and reviews.
How the directory works
Every listed provider has its own direct contact route. We do not take referrals or arrange admission.
Providers appear alphabetically in the directory. We do not assign our own star ratings or make a personal treatment recommendation.
What did we research?
26 provider organizations using 83 distinct provider-source URLs, with separate references for the practical guides. We reviewed service descriptions, locations, payment information and care arrangements.
Care sources were checked on October 20, with specified updates on October 21. Experience and review research was checked on October 21. A source date does not confirm admission or availability.
What do the substance labels mean?
“7-OH care described” means a source describes a treatment service for concentrated 7-OH. “Kratom care described” means kratom treatment is described. A generic drug article is not enough to infer personal acceptance.
Read the profile notes if coverage, the care setting or payment terms need clarification. Providers still need to assess your exact product and situation.
How are providers ordered?
The main directory defaults to name A–Z. You can filter and compare practical information. We do not assign stars, invent reviews or rank treatment quality.
Featured examples help illustrate different options. They are not a recommendation that a provider is best or safest for your situation.
What still needs confirmation?
- Individual medical suitability and level of care
- Current openings and exact program arrangements
- Your insurance benefits and complete quote
- Clinician licensing or facility credentials for your situation
We have not contacted providers or independently audited clinical outcomes, networks, licensing or accreditation.
Comparison tool
Our comparison tool and profile-specific questions focus on details that can change a decision: where care happens, what ongoing medicines may be involved, what costs extra and what follow-up looks like.
Contact the provider directly when information differs or seems out of date. The original source links remain visible.
Explore practical guidesReviews and testimonials
Our experience guides bring together Reddit accounts, outside reviews and provider-selected testimonials. Each account keeps its product, location, date and source relationship visible. Google rating snapshots name the exact listing and check date. They are separate from accounts about treatment.

Is this a medical recommendation or an admission service?
No. It is a treatment-information resource. A clinician should assess medical needs, and each provider determines admission. We do not submit applications or medical details to providers.
Does an insurance label mean my treatment is covered?
No. An insurance option described by a provider does not confirm network status, medical necessity, authorization, your benefits or final out-of-pocket cost. Ask the provider and your insurer.
Why do some providers have no photograph?
We use provider-sourced photographs where we could inspect the image and its source. Profiles without photos show a short availability note; directory cards use the provider’s initials. We never invent a photograph of a clinic, room or treatment team.
Is the coastal image a treatment center?
No. It is original AI-generated editorial landscape artwork. It does not depict a provider, patient or treatment location.
